He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E. Flynn and Mary Flynn. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughters, April Gianvittorio (John), Nicky Wall Hildebrant of Geneseo and Christie Annechino (Michael) of Pittsford; his grandchildren, Stella Hildebrant, Jack, Ana Gianvittorio, Capri and Lennon Annechino; and his sister Mary Ellen Haff (Gary) of Canandaigua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
