It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Waldo L. Todd of Gasport, New York, born in Margaretville, New York, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Todd and Helen Todd (Kelly); and his brother Donald Todd. He is survived by: his sister Norma Kelly; his wife Ellen Ballard; his children, Sandra Todd Bellman (Michael), David Todd Cynthia Todd (Bruce) and Wade Todd (Melissa); his grandchildren, Meagan, Brooke, Ellie, Davey, Addy, Hayden, Jake, Becky, Mitchell, Darlene and Pablo; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jazmyne, Alia, James, Luna, Lucy, Liam, Sadie, Carter, Dani, Charlotte and Oakley.

NY requires those in attendance to adhere to social distancing guidelines and face covering are mandatory.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY, 14094 or the Barker American Legion, 8700 Haight Rd., PO Box 368, Barker, NY, 14012.
