He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Donovan and Shirley Dunkelberger Culver; and his sister Diana Vanderlinde. He is survived by: his significant other Teresa "Teri" Donovan; his stepson Jonathan Muscato; his sister Maureen Lewis (Robert); his stepfather David Culver; and his friends, Doug Halstead, Donny Williams and Scott Gauda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or Niagara Hospice, Inc.
