We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2019, at the age of 58, Thomas F. Wagner (Gasport, New York), born in Lockport, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Cassidy (Bill); and his siblings, Jim Wagner (Sandra), John Wagner (Ann Kustich), Vickie Bush (Doyle) and Ann Napoline (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
