She is survived by: her parents, John Hashem and Joan Hashem (Dietsch); her husband Anthony; and her siblings, Matthew Hashem (Stacey) of Gasport, Paula Hashem of Binghamton and Joahnna Hashem. She is also survived by 5 nephews and 1 niece.
