He is survived by: his wife Rhonda (Rosenthal); his children, Jessica Berner Heideman (Jim) and Aaron Berner (Jennifer); his grandsons, Jacob, Owen Berner, Jay and Gavin Heideman; his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Johnathon Rosenthal, Sara Moore (Mark), Colleen Rosenthal and Kimberly Oliver (Craig); and also Linda Rosenthal (late Ronald). He is also survived by 3 great nieces and 4 great nephews.

In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church 185 Locust Street, Lockport NY or a charity of one's choice.
