She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Douglass and Margaret Marie Douglass. She is survived by: her husband Richard R. Burley; her children, Amy M. Haag, Tammy L. Burley (Jeff) and Richard D Burley (Pat); her grandchildren, Amanda Ames (Troy), April Roessler (John), Leigh W. Ames (CaSondra), Cole Haag (Miranda), Richard D., Steven Burley, Alexis and Noah Stanley; her great grandchildren, Jasper Bauer, Makayla King, Edward Roessler, Dylan Ames and Maverick Haag; and her sister Margaret L. Roluti.
