She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Eva Thomas (Smith); and her brothers, John and William Thomas. She is survived by: her son Thomas Hollenbaugh of Lockport; her sisters, Grace Ann "Dimpy" Renwick (Vaughn) and Mary Elizabeth Gall (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Gage, Lucas and Hailey Hollenbaugh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Kathy enjoyed handiwork and donated many hand crocheted items to different charity groups.
