He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Campbell; the mother of his children Linda; and his brothers, Anthony and Stephen. He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Chonay (Luis), Belinda Ragland (Christopher) and Sarah Kantor (David); his grandchildren, Brionna, Jordan Ragland, Devin, Liam and Lyla Kantor; and his siblings, Ian Campbell and Vivien Hall (Roger).
