It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert Prawel of Gasport, New York, born in Medina, New York, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Sr. Prawel and Blanche Prawel (Fish); his wife Patricia Prawel; and his siblings, Phyllis, Carlton, Maryellen and Evelyn Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Kelly DiMartile (Mark) of Lockport, Stephanie Schifferle (Adam) of Middleport, Christian Prawel (Rebekkah) of Gasport, David Prawel of Lockport and Jordan Prawel of Lockport; his brother John Prawel of Florida; and his grandchildren, Nick DiMartile (Kelsey Brady), Jenna Crawford (Justin), Madison, Bailey, Eve Barnes-Prawel, Quinn and Maxwell Schifferle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
