He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leary and Regina Leary (Engman); and his brother James (Jamie). He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Vassallo); his children, Michael (Jessica) of Bloomington, NY and Marlene Kroog (Matthew) of Fishkill, NY.; and his sisters, Bonnie Marconi, Dale Bomerman, Rita Post, Gina Manwaring, Karen Mann and Marcia Tavano.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dorsey Funeral Home Inc. (14 Emwilton Pl, Ossining, NY 10562). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Augustine's Church (381 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
