He was predeceased by: his former wife Patrica Anne Otruba; his parents, Steven Otruba and Marie Lesko; and his siblings, John Otruba, Steve Otruba, Bill Otruba and Paula Perry.
He is survived by: his sons, Emery Otruba, Eric Otruba and Evan Otruba; his grandchildren, John Emery Otruba and Elizabeth Otruba; and his significant other Nancy Gabeler.
