He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Elizabeth of John's Lutheran Church; his parents, John and Julia (Grzywna); and his siblings, John, Anne Koslosky, Anna Schoellig and Veronica.
He is survived by: his sons, Shad (Mary) and Seth (Kiley); his siblings, Roman (Donna), Helen Sinniger and Evelyn Rowe; his close friends, Frank and Linda Wenz; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or the Susquehanna SPCA in memory of Henry.
