He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harlan and Josephine Harlan; his wife Louise; and his siblings, Edward and Anne Tedesco.

He is survived by: his daughters, Pat Livsey (John) and Linda Connolly (Michael); and his sister Mary Clifford. He is also survived by grandchildren and cherished great-grandchildren.
