She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Leo; her daughter Roxann Theresa Cusick; her parents, Henrietta Eve and Samuel Mandler; and her parents-in-law, Frank and Anna Cusick.
She is survived by: her children, Paula (Rob Clark), Carol (David Moore) and John (Stacey Cusick); her grandchildren, Edward (Amanda Rummel), William (Keith Fox), Melissa Sizemore, Thor and Paul (Erik Cusick); and her sister Diana Leibesberger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
