He was predeceased by: his sons-in-law, Jerry Wolfe and John Mlynarczyk; and his sister Esther Roth. He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Mahler and Rose Mahler (Yerg); his wife Bernardine of Garnerville; his grandchildren, Tara, Erin, John, Lisa, Brian, Melissa and Nicole; and his sister Rosemary Lebonetti (Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
