He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth and Stuart; his siblings, Virginia Reilly and Robert; and his wife Susan Phelan Silbaugh.
He is survived by: his sister Janet Hanley; his sons, Robert and Michael; his daughter-in-law Julie; his grandchildren, Ryan, Grace, Charlotte, Caroline, Olivia Keyser and Ruby Silbaugh; and his close friend Grace Nolan. He is also survived by his family, and his many friends.
