She was predeceased by: her brother Eugene; and her parents, Helen Bella and Joseph De Bella. She is survived by: her husband Raul; her children, Joseph (Pam), Thomas (Susan) and Leonard (Francine); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Molly, Carly, Joseph, Thomas and Catherine.

Donations can be made in honor of Patricia to the National Kidney Foundation, American Heart Association or St. Francis Hospital.
