With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Patrick Christensen (Garden City, New York), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise; his daughters, Colleen Carlino, Megan Sorrentino and Katelyn Damanis; his sons-in-law, Jason, Justin and George; his grandchildren, Hunter, Taryn, Stella, Lucy, Chris, Cole, William and Peter; his parents, Edward Christensen and Molly Christensen; and his grandfathers, Pops, Pop and Kev.

While the transplant did not give Kevin the extra time he deserved, we hope that in lieu of flowers you will consider donating to UNOS, the United Network for Organ Sharing, so that other organ recipients may get their chance at a second life.
