He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bauer (Tamm) and Rudolf Bauer; his in-laws, Pauline and Rudolf Meitz; his wife Ann Rose Bauer (Meitz); his brother Rudy; and his siblings-in-law, Frank, Paula Nick and Norma Bauer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Wendelken (Jeff), Joyce Schultz (Timothy) and Suzanne Gildersleve (Larry); his grandchildren, Craig, Jennifer Wendelken, Kristen, Matt Schultz, Brandon, Steven and Mark Gildersleve; his nephews, Bill Nick (Tara), Rich Bauer (Laurie) and Doug Bauer (Cathy); and his niece Linda DiMascio.
