He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Man Keum; his sons, Rich and Charlie; his grandfathers, Harry, Jack and Chang; his wife Jeanney; his children-in-law, Iran and Magen; and his grandchildren, Harry, Jack and Penny. He was also cherished by numerous siblings, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Chang was cancer-free for 14 years before he caught COVID-19 just after Christmas despite the many precautions he took to keep him and his family safe.
