It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Douglas Wood of Gansevoort, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest D. Wood and Myrtle R. Wood (Bussing); his son Brock; and his brother F. Harvey Wood. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wood (Ash); his children, Brett Wood (Bridget), Bonnie Williams (Walt Dingman) and Beth-Ann Reilly (Joe); his grandchildren, Josh Wood (Bobbi), Brittany Wetzel (James), Amanda Morris (Mark), Jade Williams, Becca Dingman, Lucas and Makayla Reilly; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Travis, Vincent Wood and Jack Wetzel; his sisters, June Arnold and Rebecca Andrus; and his sister-in-law Helen Wood.
