We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2021, at the age of 81, Marion F. Gahr Sira of Galway, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Louise. She is survived by: her husband John P. Sira, Sr.; her children, Susan DeRocker (Ronald) of Broadalbin, John P. Sira, Jr. of Mayfield and Rebecca Sira (Shawn Seeley) of Johnstown; her grandsons, Cameron, Jeremiah, John, Darrien and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, Elyssa, Paisley, Alyson, Vienna and Peter; and her cousin Carol Freer (Don). She is also survived by her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Broadalbin Library Station or to St. Jude Children's research Hospital, both in care of the funeral home.
