She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Anthony and Thelma M. McGuire Anthony; her husband Paul R. Lewis; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth LaMori, Margaret Steele and Pamela Walker.
She is survived by: her son Paul R. Lewis Jr. of Galway; her siblings, Richard E. Anthony Jr. of Broadalbin, NY, Christine Ingals (John) of Tampa, FL and Leslie Fortier (Joe) of Fort Hunter, NY; and her close friend Darlene Bornt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, brothers and sister-in-law.
