He is survived by: his son Johnathan Jazwinski; his fiancé Laurie Roe; his stepchildren, Markie and Taylor (Justin); his grandchildren, Curt and Ava; his father Michael Jazwinski; his sister Heather Jazwinski (Patrick); his mother Dawn Sweeney; and his uncle Joe Jazwinski. He is also survived by his cousins and brothers and sisters.
