He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Frazier and Berdean Clark Frazier; and his brother Orville Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ackerman Frazier; his children, Daniel Frazier of Warsaw, Rebecca Greco (Charles) of Wadell, AZ, Deborah Baney (Eric) of North Java, Timothy Frazier of Perry, Elizabeth Frazier of Warsaw and Rachel Frazier of Gainesville; and his sisters, Edith Fisher of Warsaw and Lillian Dolph.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
