She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Slyke and Ruth Morris Van Slyke; her brothers, Paul Jord, Wesley Allen and Bruce Van Slyke; her former husband Robert J. Phelps; her husband Larry Hunt; her stepson Richard P. Hunt; and her son Gerald Phelps.

She is survived by: her children, Michael and Lori Ann Phelps of Wiscoy; her grandchildren, John Phelps (Courtney) of Rochester, Patience White (Douglas) of Silver Springs and Kristin Fulford (Thomas); her stepchildren, Laurie Buzzard (James) of Cuba, Vickie Hunt of Bradford, PA and Susan Bleeks (Robert) of Hume; her sister Judith Rutherford of Silver Springs; her sister-in-law Carolyn Van Slyke of Pike; and also Brynleigh of Rochester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
