She is survived by: her husband Skip Buchwald; her sons, Steven Buchwald (Jeanne), James Buchwald (Deborah) and Sean Buchwald (Jennie); her brother John Shearing (Catherine); and her siblings-in-law, Paul and Joni. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
