She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Adamoschek and Linda Mae Adamoschek (Lockyer). She is survived by: her husband James W. Hayes Jr.; her daughters, Jessica McRedmond (Joshua) of Fultonville, Shyra Hayes of Fonda and Kristiana Hayes (Kimberly) of Fultonville; her brothers, Steve Adamoschek (Gail) of Sprakers, Erich Adamoschek (Noelle) of Cherry Valley and Arthur Adamoschek of Little Falls; her grandchildren, Kaden, Kyla, Kariana, Carina, Chase, Aubree and Camdyn; and her pets, Pisspot, Cooper and Jax. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Kristina can be made to the Make a Wish Foundation of Northeast New York, 3 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205 in honor of her late niece.
