He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra Sutphen; his children, Kasey Kusalonis, Chauncey Sutphen and Dylan Sutphen; his grandchildren, Gavin and Payten Kusalonis; his parents, Alan Sutphen and Sharon Sutphen; his sister Pam Lewis (Dave); and his pet Sachi.
