She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Penner and Mabel Carpenter Penner; her husband John V. Borden; and her sister Mabel "Bobbie" Lusso. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Bragg (Robert) of The Villages, FL, John Borden of Saratoga, NY, Barbara Phillips (Gary) of Bleecker, NY, Richard (Sandy Borden) of Glen, NY and Eileen Borden (Stanley Putman) of Caroga Lake, NY; and her brother Ralph "Bud" Penner of Syracuse, NY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
