He was predeceased by: his parent John L. Hayes. He is survived by: his parent Caroline E. Hayes (Davis); his stepsons, Eric Kadur and Bryon Kadur; his siblings, Peter Hayes (Paula) of Queensbury, NY, Amy Beard (Sam Hill) of Gloversville and Nanette Zink (Edward); his stepgrandchildren, Jamie McQueen and Antonio Peruzzi; and his nephews, Patrick Darling of Larry Darling and Christopher Zink.
