It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ila Mae Bortell (Fultonville, New York), who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Saltsman and Harriet Musgrave Saltsman; her children, Glen Lee Bortell and Candy Ann Bortell; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Bortell.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald W. Bortell; her children, James "Jim" Bortell, Trent Natola (Leah), Craig Allen, Scott Bortell (Amy) and Holly Marie Bortell; and her brothers, Gerald Saltsman (Beatrice), Paul Saltsman, Leslie Saltsman (Jean) and Arnold Saltsman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
