He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Kollar and Anne Kollar (Simek); and his grandson Joshua. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kollar; his children, Martin Kollar (Jessica) and Kelly Day (Andy); his siblings, Gabriel Kollar and Barbara Romano; his grandchildren, Jenna and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Graham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
