He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Leavenworth and Cecile Leavenworth (Calhoun). He is survived by: his wife Shannin Leavenworth (Bruyn); his sister Kelly Tino (Jim Squillace); his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Tino (Amy), Matthew Tino (Liz), Elayna, Evelyn and Nolan; his close friend Tommy Estes; and his caregiver Russell Gilbo.
