She is survived by: her boyfriend Tim Gower; her children, Jason Forsey (Courtney) and Jessica Forsey (Randy); her grandchildren, Andrea (Jesse), Staysha (CJ), Jordan (Marion), Danial, Nickolas, Joshua, Johnathan, James, Janet (Jeo), Katlyn, Randy and Addison; her great grandchild Jasmine; her siblings, Nancy Lorrigan (Tim) of Wisconsin and Ed Richtmyer (Donna) of Florida; her mother-in-law Ellen Hills; her siblings-in-law, Val Milliron (Les), Eric Gower (Samantha) and Mike Gower; and her pet Max.
