He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Chapman, Sr. and Pauline Harvat; his wife Carole Ann Chapman; and his sister Donna Avery. He is survived by: his children, Andrew W. Chapman, III and Bonni Francoeur; and his siblings, Donald Chapman (Mary), Paula Sobkowich, Sandra Walsh and Ellen Healey (Tim).
