He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly J. Rogers; his children-in-law, Patti, Donna Rae and Richard Harris; and his brother Vernon.
He is survived by: his children, William Rogers, Jr., Patricia Harris and Christopher Rogers; and his siblings, Richard Rogers and Lois Davenport. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
