Noel; her children, Lee Noel (Tara), Angie Molchanoff (Dylan), Melissa Mattice (Brian) and Tracey Landis (Ryan); her grandchildren, Sabrina Noel, Anabel Donovan, Vanessa Noel, Ayla Noel, Nick Mattice (Megan), Tyler Mattice (Cailee), Jason Mattice (Spencer), Ryan Frataccia (Emily) and Courtney Hutchins (Andy); and her sister Donna Whitelaw (Frank). She is also survived by many loving extended family & friends.
