He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kenneth Milks and Patricia Creeley. He is survived by: his wife Edna Fee; his children, Leslie Hughes, Thomas Fee, Jr. (Michele), Lennette Whitmore, Charles Fee and Scott Fee; his grandchildren, Andrew, Joseph, Joshua, Lawrence, Donnicia, Tristan, Brittany, David and Emily; and his siblings, Ronald Milks, Leslie Milks, Jean Donnell, Virginia Stressing and Margery Henry.
