It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas B. Dougherty of Fulton, New York, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Edna; and his wife Judy Dougherty. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Dougherty (Alexandr Yezerski); and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Tibble and Denise Atkinson (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rescue Mission, 155 Gifford Street, Syracuse, NY 13202 in his memory.
