She is survived by: her husband Mark Poulin; her children, Richard Dorling (Rebecca), Jennifer Merritt (Shane) and Jason Heath, Sr.; her stepson Mark, Jr.; her grandchildren, Trent, Desirae, Hunter, Blaize, Willow, Destiny, Kayleb, Sean, Aidan, Wyatt, Owen of Alyssa, J. P. and Nicole; and her siblings, Lorrie, Rusty, Murray, Debbie and Linda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
