He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Diak and June Diak; and his sister Marylee Tetro. He is survived by: his wife Diane Diak; his children, Jamie Diak (Margie) and Sabrina Diak; his brothers, Donald Diak and David Diak (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Lauren, Matthew, Christopher, Noah and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
