She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Thompson and Gladys Thompson (Hayden); her children, Karen Maxam and Timothy Maxam; her sister Theresa; and her brother-in-law Charles Conn.

She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Collins of Fulton; her children, Susan Rothwell (William) and Michael Maxam (Amy); her daughter-in-law Cathleen Maxam; her grandsons, Brandon Maxam (Jennifer), Ryan Maxam (Sarah), Joseph Maxam (Kayli) and Ross Maxam (Ashley); and her nieces, Sally DeStevens (Daniel), Pam Yates (Ed), Sandy Parkhurst (Keith Kane) and Linda Torbitt (Toby). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
