He is survived by: his daughter Christine Collins of Oswego; and his siblings, Jeff Collins (Kelly) of Sterling, Michelle Collins of Hannibal, Steven Collins of Fulton and Mark Collins of Minetto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
