He was predeceased by: his mother Norma "Cookie" Bracy Downing; his brother Eric Downing; and his pets, Sam and Liddy. He is survived by: his wife Penny Downing (Bond); his father Alan "Bud" Downing; and his brothers, Michael Downing and Mark Downing (Barbara). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Social distancing and face coverings will be required.
