She is survived by: her husband Richard Foultz of Fulton; her children, Kim Hoag (Kip) of North Syracuse, Tim Bristol (Chris) and Sigg of Fulton; her stepson Richard Foultz II of Mexico; her grandchildren, Emma Taft, Will Hoag and Abigail Hoag; her great grandchild Brielle Britton; and her siblings, Sherry Porter (Lee) of Oswego and Edward Lindo of Fulton.
