He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel C. Parkhurst Sr. and Florence Parkhurst (Jenkins); his granddaughter Emily Parkhurst; his parents-in-law, Bonnie, John Garrison and Barbara Trepasso; his sister Sharon Parkhurst; and his brother-in-law Ronald Trepasso.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Parkhurst (Trepasso) of Fulton; his children, Gabrielle Henry (Joshua Davies) of Scriba, NY, Samuel Parkhurst III of Parish, NY, Kenneth Parkhurst (Joann Burch), Amanda Ritter (David) of Fulton and Brandi Hollis (William) of Fulton; his siblings, Larry Parkhurst of Fulton, Leonard Parkhurst (Tammy) of Phoenix, NY and Pattie Parkhurst (Kevin Marrill) of Syracuse, NY.; his father-in-law Thomas Trepasso of Fulton; his siblings-in-law, John Garrison (Kelly) of Fulton, Stewart Garrison (Julie), Michelle Ballentine, Karen Kimball (Chuck) of Liverpool, NY and Julie Warren (Jim Fox) of Albany, NY; and his grandchildren, Trenton, Caydence, Ethan, Blake, Allison, Kameron, George, Alexa, Audrey, Pierce, Lewis, Landon, Levi, Derick, Serenity, Leland and Hendrix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
