He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Palmer and Arlene Palmer; his grandson Zachary William Gascon; and his close friend Barbara LeBoeuf. He is survived by: his children, Kassandra Potter (John) of Neoga, IL, Russell L. "Rusty" Palmer of Bonita Springs, FL and Adam McCullough (Carolyn) of Rutland, VT; and his cousins, Sara Guenthner and Scott Guenthner (Jolene). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
