Richard J. Kemmis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Kemmis of Fulton, New York, who passed away on February 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kemmis and Louise Monteith Kemmis; his wife Rosa Pappalardo Kemmis; and his sisters, Carolyn Parker and Ann Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Francis (Alan), Karen Kemmis (Terry Heany), Kristine Kemmis (Martin Knauss) and Philip Kemmis (Heather); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Andrew, Kirsten Francis, Zoe, Will Knauss, Matthew, Nicholas and Celia Kemmis; and his sister Kay Headley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fulton Noon Rotary Club, in Dick's memory.
